DAIRY
We sell a range of organic products from our dairy. Yoghurt and cottage cheese use pasteurized milk- the rest of the products use raw milk from cows. Our products are free from preservatives and colorants except for Tilsiter, which is superficially rubbed with Anatto, a colorant of vegetable origin.
